Why do solutions fail?
When several attempts fail, people often blame themselves. The usual causes are less dramatic: advice given without the whole picture, one method used when several factors were at play, timing ignored, a product sold instead of a diagnosis, or a practical issue such as debt, a difficult colleague or poor sleep that needed practical help too.

What to include in your first message
Send a WhatsApp message or an email in English or Chinese. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
- Your name (or initials).
- Your year, month and day of birth, and the time if you know it.
- The main area of concern: work, money, relationships, home, family, health worries, or several areas.
- When it started.
- What you have already tried.
- What changed, or did not change, after trying them.
- What outcome would feel like progress to you.

That is exactly who the Case Review is for. Bring what you were told and what you did, and we will look for what was missed.
Will you tell me I am cursed?
No. We do not use fear. If we believe something else is going on, we will explain it calmly.
Will I definitely need a talisman?
Not necessarily. Some cases need practical steps, a change of timing, or professional help rather than a talisman.
Can I do it online from outside Malaysia?
Yes. Cases are handled online by WhatsApp, for clients across Asia, Europe and the USA.
How is this different from a Bazi reading or a feng shui audit?
A Bazi reading or audit looks at one system. A Case Review looks at your whole timeline, what you already tried, and how several factors may combine, then recommends the right next step.
How long until I hear back?
We aim to reply promptly, during our hours of 9am to 5pm Malaysia time (GMT+8). Busy periods such as Chinese New Year may take longer.
